Pot Noodle is offering you the chance to collect the following EA Classic Arcade Games for your mobile phone: Space Invaders®; Rainbow Island™; Super Puzzle Bubble™; Arkanoid® and Volified™.
Every promotional Pot Noodle pack will have one unique code under the lid. Promotional pots are available for the following flavours: Beef & Tomato, Bombay Bad Boy, Chicken & Mushroom, Chinese Chow Mein, and Original Curry (standard size single pots only). Promotional pots will be in stores from July 2009, while stocks last.
For each game, you must collect 3 unique codes and submit them:
a. by mobile phone, text the code to 85585 (UK residents only); or
b. online, go to www.potnoodle.com and enter the unique code and mobile telephone number of the phone that you will want to download the game to.
Entrants from the Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man may ONLY submit codes online. Any codes from ROI, CI and IoM residents submitted by text will not be valid (but may still be charged). UK entrants may submit codes via their mobile phone, online or both. However, the three codes must either be texted from the same mobile phone (i.e. not from two different mobile phones) or, if submitted online, attributed to the same mobile number.
Text messages will be charged at your standard network rates (see below for more details).
The closing date for submitting codes and subsequent redemption of mobile games is midday (GMT) on 31 May 2010. Any submission of codes or attempted redemption of games after this date will not be honoured.
Codes must be submitted one at a time. Multiple code entries will not be recognised.
Entrants are advised to be careful when entering codes as wrongly entered codes will not be recognised.
Only valid codes will be accepted. All codes are subject to verification. Each valid code can only be entered once.
Lids should be retained as proof of purchase.
If entry is completed via SMS, the Promoter will send a text message to your mobile phone within 24 hours of receiving your first and second codes (subject to network provider issues). Each message will direct you to www.potnoodle.mobi and enable you to download a free 90 second playable demo of the Space Invaders® game, or other such game as the Promoter may determine from time to time in its absolute discretion.
If successful entry of one of, or both of, the first two codes is completed online via www.potnoodle.com, the entrant will receive on-screen acknowledgement of the correct code along with accompanying instructions of how to download the promotional demo.
Upon submitting the third promotional code (whether online or SMS), the Promoter will send the entrant a text message within 24 hours (subject to network provider issues). This message will direct you to a page on www.potnoodle.mobi and enable you to download a full version of your chosen EA Classic Arcade Game to your mobile.
Only entrants with a compatible mobile phone which has access to the internet will be able to claim and receive their free demo or game. Not all games are compatible with all handsets (e.g. iPhones) and not all games are compatible with the same selection of handsets. To download the EA Classic Arcade game, your mobile will need to have a working internet connection. Phone companies charge different rates for internet access via your mobile. Network operator charges will apply to all redemptions made via the mobile site, please check with your operator for details.
By submitting a code you are providing consent to receiving further text messages to your mobile phone number from the Promoter or EA in relation to this Promotion until the closing date. To opt-out of receiving further messages, text STOP NOODLE to 85585 (UK), 0866018449 (ROI) or 07805199405 (CI and IoM) – check with your network provider for rates.
Text messages sent to 85585 (UK), 0866018449 (ROI opt-out) or 07805 199405 (CI and IoM opt-out) will be charged at your standard network rates. You will not be charged for text messages sent from the Promoter to your mobile phone. If you are texting from outside the UK, ROI, Channel Islands or Isle of Man any messages sent and received by you will be charged at your network operator roaming rates.
Please note that texts sent in relation to this Promotion may not be included in any bundle of free texts, text package and/or talk plan – please check with your network operator.
If you are under 18 years old and/or the telephone is not in your name, please ensure that you have permission from the person that pays the bill before participating.
The Promoter reserves the right to bar users from accessing the .mobi or .com sites for a period of its choosing to anyone who the Promoter has reason to believe is not participating in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Responsibility is not accepted for codes lost or delayed as a result of any network, hardware or software failure of any kind. The Promoter will not be responsible for transmission, network and/or computer software errors affecting the downloading of free demos and games within the Promotion.
The Promoter is not able to transfer any existing code entries, demo or games already downloaded to a new mobile number in the event that your mobile phone is lost, stolen or replaced.

Entrants download games at their own risk. The Promoter does not accept any liability for damage to mobile phones or computers, including any loss of data, caused as a result of downloading of the game(s) or demo.
You acknowledge and accept that the Promoter will not provide any technical support for game(s) or demo(s) downloaded after May 2010.
Should you chose to purchase an EA Game outside of this Promotion, you will be redirected to the EA Games .mobi or .com site and will be governed by the Terms and Conditions of use of the relevant EA Games site.
No cash alternative. In the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any or all of the games for one or more of the following alternative games: Spore, The Sims™, The Sims™2, Block’d, The Sims™ Pets, and Burnout or any other similar games of equal or greater value.
By entering the Promotion, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.
By entering the Promotion all entrants are deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and for any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions.
In the event that any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be unlawful, invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable, it shall be severed from the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions which shall continue in full force and effect.
As concerns UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents, these terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction. As concerns ROI residents, these terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of Ireland and the Irish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
